Fit & Customization

• Is it made to fit my drawer dimensions? Yes. Each unit is custom‑made to fit your drawer.
• Do you request measurements before building? Yes. We require your drawer’s internal dimensions before production begins.

Winder Quality

• What motors are used? We use high‑quality Japanese Mabuchi motors.
• Are TPD and rotation direction adjustable? Yes. Each turntable can be set to a different TPD (Turns Per Day) and rotation direction.
• Is there a warranty? Yes, we offer a warranty on our watch winders.

Power Management

• Is it powered by a single power source or multiple? The entire watch‑winder drawer operates using one AC power adapter.
• Is there rear cable routing? Yes. You will need a power source behind the drawer and a small cable routed into the drawer.
• Battery or AC? AC power only.

Craftsmanship

• What materials are used? We use materials based on your preference. Options include velvet, leather, hardwood, plexiglass, metal, and more.
• Is it handmade or CNC‑cut? Parts are CNC‑cut for precision, followed by handmade assembly.
• What finishes are available? We can apply any finish you prefer.
